The Executive, Management and Staff of the Antigua and Barbuda Workers' Union are deeply saddened by the passing of Sir Robert Barrett KCN, a visionary and stalwart in Antigua and Barbuda’s hotel industry. His unwavering dedication and pioneering contributions have elevated the hospitality sector and provided meaningful employment opportunities for hundreds of residents across the island.

Throughout the years, our engagements at the negotiating table have been marked by mutual respect and a shared commitment to securing fair and beneficial outcomes for the workers we represent within his companies. His impact on the industry and the lives of so many will not be forgotten.
